~ What's included ~

Our weekly grass cutting service offers attention to detail that the big companies can miss. Your dedicated team will visit weekly to provide the following:

cutting grass areas.
trimming all grass edges.
blowing off all surfaces.
weekly visits, typically on the same day each week.
leaf clean-up in grass areas, as seasonally appropriate.

~ Benefits ~

The same team will visit each week, and are already familiar with your property and its needs.
We use battery powered equipment when practical.
We will work with your spraying and aeration program's scheduling.
In some cases we offer biweekly (every two weeks) service. This is typically available for shady locations only.
We keep an eye out for any potential grass issues.

~ Fertilization & Aeration ~

We now offer an annual grass fertilization and disease prevention program using a partner.
Services provided include fertilizing, aeration, overseeding, disease prevention, mosquito prevention, and pest control (eg moles, voles).
Our partner, Greener Creations, is an established RVA-based grass care company that offers earth friendlier care.
If interested, we will work with them directly to provide you a quote.
This service will be coordinated and billed through Terra Firma, so you need not coordinate with separate companies.
